1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777jk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777jk website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services available at 777jk.io.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 777jk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 777jk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the 777jk platform or had your account closed by 777jk for breach of these Terms.

777jk reserves the right to conduct eligibility verification checks at any point and to request supporting documentation including but not limited to a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 777jk platform. Opening, operating, or controlling multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 777jk will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 777jk will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

777jk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777jk accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 777jk does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of any third party.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the 777jk platform is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though exceptionally large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence review.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your 777jk account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation from your mobile financial service provider. In the event of a technical delay, deposited funds will be credited as soon as the issue is resolved. If a deposit is debited from your account but not reflected on the platform within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Platform Fees

777jk does not charge any platform-side processing fees on deposits. Your mobile financial service provider may apply standard transaction fees as per their own pricing schedule, which is independent of 777jk.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and registered account number used for your most recent deposit. 777jk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified numbers, or payment methods that differ from the depositing method without prior written approval and enhanced verification.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes to bKash and Nagad. Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take up to 2 hours depending on network conditions. Withdrawals submitted outside of business hours or pending KYC review may take longer.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

777jk charges no platform-side fees on withdrawals. Any fees applied by your mobile financial service provider are governed by their own terms and are outside the control of 777jk.

5.5 Verification Hold

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending completion of KYC identity verification. Players are advised to complete verification proactively to avoid delays. 777jk may also conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that follow unusual account activity patterns.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 777jk are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds for sports bets, and time limit for completion are stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

777jk employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting errors in promotional terms, hedging bets across accounts to guarantee profit, or systematically claiming and withdrawing bonuses without genuine gameplay intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, 777jk reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

6.4 Modification of Promotions

777jk reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotional offers are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Sportsbook Markets

All bets placed on the 777jk sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. 777jk covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events), football, kabaddi, and additional sports as updated from time to time. Market-specific rules, including rules governing abandonment, postponement, void bets, and in-play betting protocols, are published within the sportsbook rules section.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

777jk reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including after a bet slip has been submitted. A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued. Bets pending confirmation are not settled. In the event of a system error during bet placement, 777jk will investigate and settle the bet in accordance with the actual odds applicable at the time of submission where determinable.

7.3 Palpable Errors

Where a bet is placed at odds that are materially incorrect due to a pricing or data feed error (a "palpable error"), 777jk reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. A palpable error is defined as odds that no reasonable market participant would consider to reflect the genuine probability of the outcome. 777jk will communicate any palpable error voiding to the affected player promptly.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings are subject to limits that vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. 777jk reserves the right to apply lower limits to specific markets or players at its discretion.

8 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the 777jk platform, including live dealer games, slots, and card games, are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the game provider and are independently audited. 777jk does not alter RTP settings. Published RTP values represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits or losses through your mobile financial service provider in bad faith.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 777jk support staff or other players.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

777jk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player against a legitimate transaction.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the inactivity fee schedule published on the platform.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requested by the account holder via the responsible gaming tools.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legally binding directive requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 777jk may, at its discretion, withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. 11 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without express prior written consent from 777jk.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777jk's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777jk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if 777jk has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

777jk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or third-party service interruptions (including payment gateway outages or game provider downtime) may affect platform availability. 777jk will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify players of scheduled downtime in advance where practicable.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

777jk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, game providers, and fraud detection services to the extent necessary for the operation of the platform and fulfilment of legal obligations. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate contractual safeguards and with 256-bit SSL encryption in transit.

15 Amendments to These Terms

777jk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 16 Governing Law & Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, formal dispute resolution procedures will be outlined in correspondence from the 777jk compliance team. 777jk aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to issue a final determination within thirty (30) business days of receiving all relevant information.
